All small parties developed sentiment against Congress in state level from people of India several decades . Every party attracted people sentiment of against Dynasty ,Local or region leadership to support and scams of Congress exposed by media and reality in day today life experience.
Congress rule every projects kept their own family name it given regional sentiment in across India to opportunity created smaller party leadership and save regional culture , tradition and people sentiment towards small parties.
