Summer food - Ragi Dosa

Ragi Dosai , Ragi Dosa - Summer Food strategy.

Ingredients.
Ragi powder
Curry leaves
Onion
Coriander leaves
Sesame
Rice powder
Green chilly
Curd.
Oil
Ginger
Salt ,sugar

Process -
1. First fry sesame, curry leaves in oil  2 spoon next  add chopped onion. Stop fire or gas.
2. Now add water required qty add small qty green chilly powder chopped . Ragi powder ,ginger mix properly.
3. Next add rice powder 50-100 GM's  required qty of ragi powder .
4. Add curd 30-100 ml according to need . Add salt and sugar optional for taste purpose 10-20 GM's .
5. Keep batter for 5-10 minutes..30 minutes.

Next fry in pan for dosa. You can get minimum 7-10 dosa for 250 GM's qty ragi floor...It depends on your tawa size.


Now enjoy this with cocunut chutney or north Indian style curry, kurma .
